  • First-month fees, prepaid monthly fees, annual fees, Voice AI fees, chatbot fees, Jay’s Intelligence fees, legal AI fees, professional AI fees, Realtor AI platform fees, landing page fees, add-on service fees, phone usage, AI voice usage, SMS usage, platform usage, phone numbers, and other usage-based charges are also non-refundable once setup, activation, configuration, or usage begins.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Clients may cancel future billing by written notice before the next billing date.
  • Cancellations stop future billing only and do not create prorated refunds for partial months.
  • Annual and prepaid plans are discounted in exchange for a longer commitment and are non-refundable once onboarding, setup, activation, configuration, or usage begins.
  • Jay’s Agent Center AI does not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, sales, closed clients, revenue, or business results.
