Welcome to Jay’s Agent Center AI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our AI-powered platform tailored for real estate professionals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Services & Eligibility

Our platform provides virtual assistant capabilities, lead management, and automated follow-ups designed specifically for the real estate industry. You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid real estate license in your operating jurisdiction to utilize the core professional features of Jay’s Agent Center AI.

3. Consent to Communications

Mandatory Consent: By registering an account and providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive SMS messages, phone calls, and emails from Jay’s Agent Center AI and our AI virtual assistants for account updates, lead notifications, and platform alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time by replying STOP.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our platform or help anyone else do so. This includes, but is not limited to, the following restrictions:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or platform architecture.
  • Using the platform to send spam, unsolicited offers, or non-compliant automated communications.
  • Misrepresenting the AI virtual assistant as a human agent without proper disclosure where legally required.
  • Using the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or discriminatory real estate practices.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to the email address associated with your account.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Any outstanding fees must be paid in full.
