First-month fees, prepaid monthly fees, annual fees, Voice AI fees, chatbot fees, Jay’s Intelligence fees, legal AI fees, professional AI fees, Realtor AI platform fees, landing page fees, add-on service fees, phone usage, AI voice usage, SMS usage, platform usage, phone numbers, and other usage-based charges are also non-refundable once setup, activation, configuration, or usage begins. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Clients may cancel future billing by written notice before the next billing date. Cancellations stop future billing only and do not create prorated refunds for partial months. Annual and prepaid plans are discounted in exchange for a longer commitment and are non-refundable once onboarding, setup, activation, configuration, or usage begins.
